Moxxie's Winterland Collection has a wonderful snowflake covered paper called Flurries, and that is the base of this layout. I made liberal use of the coordinating Diecuts, adding the frame in the upper right, the strip along the left side of the layout and a couple of the phrase strips.
I customized the strip across the bottom in a couple of ways. I added some sparkle with individual rhinestones using the Best Glue Ever and Embellie Gellie from ScraPerfect.
I used Spellbinders Edgeabilities and Decorative Inserts to create the zig zag strip: cutting, embossing and sanding to reveal the details. Because of the shape, it coordinates with the strip from the die cut sheet that runs along the left side of the layout.
