...it is not an Easter layout!
I used a craft knife to carefully cut around the bunny so I could slip the picture behind him. I tied DMC floss in the buttons before attaching them with The Best Glue Ever by ScraPerfect. The tiles are Thickers from American Crafts, designed by Amy Tangerine - love them!
I am leaving the journaling blank because this is a gift for my niece!
