Blank Page Muse - July Stamp Release Blog Hop

Welcome to the Blank Page Muse July Release Blog Hop!  We are celebrating with a stamp giveaway - you can find the details at the end of this post!

*********************************************************
The stamps I am using today were designed by Pam Bray.  The Scribble Hearts & Elements Mixed Media Set is a wonderful collection of images and sentiments - just perfect for cardmaking!  Using just these stamps and some inks I quickly created these 7 CAS cards!

I used a masking technique to layer the small flower over the heart for the first card.  A little bit of watercolor and ink splatters make this card super quick!

Disclosure:  I receive compensation in the form of free product and/or pay from companies and manufacturers in return for creating projects showcasing those products.  While the content of my blog is influenced by these products, my opinions regarding these products and projects are my own.

I used the same masking technique with the 2nd card but I gave the hearts a completely different look!

I have to admit my favorite stamp from the whole set is this little dragonfly.

He looks beautiful in any color!

And even better in multiples!

Pairing a fabulous sentiment with flowers and a watercolor wash is always a good idea!

Repetitive stamping over a color washed background is another easy technique - and a touch of bling is the perfect finishing touch!

Prize Alert!
Leaving a comment at every blog along the way will make you eligible for a
STAMP GIVEAWAY!

    1. Thanks! The funny thing is that I only saw it as a wreath at first. Then I had a conversation with the designer (Pam Bray) and she said she really liked the way I had used it. I thought - how else would you use it? And then I realized she "saw" it as solid! Perspective is a funny thing! Thanks for taking the time to comment!
